In February 2016, we held a strategic planning session and David Courtemanche was the guest speaker that we engaged to kick off our session and “set the stage”, with a mandate to challenge us to “think outside the box”. David was retained to develop a Group Facilitation strategy, for a workshop setting, to assist with the assessment and refinement of a broad range of policies for the development of a community driven Source Water Protection Plan. All workshop participants agreed that David was an excellent workshop facilitator and leader. David also provided follow up assistance to ensure that all of the planned outcomes were achieved.
